Jessica Alba has once again turned to the Hawaiian island of Kauai for a bit of sun, serenity, and adventure. The actress and Honest Company founder was recently spotted on the island, soaking in some of its most iconic and remote natural wonders – including the dramatic Na Pali Coast, Lumahai Beach and the picturesque yet perilous Queen’s Bath.
“Spring Break with mi gente,” she captioned one post that included a photo of a jet ski.
Alba recently shared photos of her Kauai adventures in several posts to her Instagram page. The photos show Alba enjoying the stunning Na Pali coastline via boat and jet ski, riding alongside dolphins and exploring a sea cave. Other photos show Alba making stops at Kalalau Beach and Honopu Beach, two of the most difficult beaches to reach on Kauai. Kalalau Beach, accessible only by an 11-mile hike on the island’s famous Kalalau Trail, or by kayak, is the crown jewel of the Na Pali Coast with its golden sands framed by cathedral cliffs and lush valleys. Nearby Honopu Beach, even more remote, requires a swim in as boats are not allowed on this sacred beach. Known for its massive natural arch and cinematic beauty, Honopu has been featured in several Hollywood films.

Alba also made time to visit the Queen’s Bath area, a tide pool carved into lava rock on the island’s North Shore in Princeville. While breathtaking, the spot is known for dangerous surf conditions – though during calm seas, it becomes a natural swimming pool frequented by adventurous travelers.

Kauai has long been a favorite retreat for celebrities seeking a quieter slice of Hawaii. Unlike the busier islands of Oahu and Maui, Kauai offers rugged landscapes, fewer crowds, and a slower pace. It’s a place where famous faces can go relatively unnoticed, especially in the North Shore enclaves of Hanalei and Princeville. With its direct flights from California, it’s also just a few hours from Los Angeles – close enough for a quick getaway, far enough to feel worlds away.

Stars like Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Pierce Brosnan, and Alicia Keys have all enjoyed time on the island, drawn to its blend of luxury and seclusion. Alba herself is no stranger to Kauai; she’s visited multiple times over the years with her family. It appears Alba stayed at the eco-luxury 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay (formerly the St. Regis Princeville Resort), judging by some of the photos she posted. The resort is a favorite of the rich and famous due to its sense of seclusion and semi-private Puu Poa Beach.
